City of Atlanta Credit Card Service Charge Notice

Effective July 2026 (City of Atlanta Code Sec. 2-975). A 2.5% service charge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments. This fee goes directly to the payment processor to cover the cost of electronic transaction handling. The City does not profit from this charge.

Payment Methods and Fees
