Q: How am I billed for this service?
A: There is no cost for using this payment site.

Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: All payments made by 8:00pm EST will be deducted from your account the next business day.  Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date. Payment made after the any non-payment cancellation date does not guarantee reinstatement.  Please contact your agent with any questions regarding non-payment questions.   

Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you can call the billing department to see if they received and credited the payment.

Q: How do I cancel a payment I processed?
A: To cancel any payment you need to contact our billing department. This will need to be done by 4:00pm on the day you process the payment.  Click the “Contact Us” hyperlink on the web page for contact information.

Q: How do I access the site?
A: Please visit www.ggund.com and click on the Pay Online link

Q: What do I complete the online payment?

·          Enter your business name.  This name does not need to be exact.  However, it should match the name on your policy so we can reference the payment to your account

·          Enter your telephone number in’ Primary Telephone Number’

·          Enter you email address in ‘Primary Email Address’

·          Enter the amount you wish to pay in the ‘Payment Amount’ field

·          Click ‘Add a Payment Method’ and follow the prompts to add credit card or bank account information

·          Click ‘Continue to Payment’

·          On the next screen, verify all information and click to agree to the terms and conditions

·          Click ‘Make Payment’

·          A confirmation screen will display  at which point you can log out

·          The confirmation will also be emailed to you.
