If you are contacting us for a billing dispute, please use our dispute template found at www.vailresorts.com/AR.

 

If credit is due, please notify us how you would like the refund to be processed (i.e. check or ACH).

For all other inquiries, we will process them in the order they are received and provide a response, when necessary.
