IMPORTANT NOTICE

On November 1, 2023, VHP made changes to its billing cycle to align with payment due dates. Your initial premium due date remains unchanged, which is still due at the end of the first month of coverage. However, all other premium payments thereafter are now due the month prior to the start of the next coverage month as stated on your next invoice. If you are a member who is currently enrolled in auto-pay, you can still expect your outstanding premium to charge to your preferred payment method on the 27th of each month.
