IMPORTANT NOTICE

When making an on-line payment you must provide your email and telephone number on the payment screen.  Once the payment transaction is processed a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email the payment was not processed. The ability to pay on-line or via telephone ends 1/15/2027. As of 1/15/2027, all payments must be in the form of a certified check or money order and mailed to:  POX BOX 13925, Philadelphia, PA 19101.  Any school taxes that are not postmarked by 1/31/2027 will be considered delinquent and have been handed over to the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau for collection. The Tax Claim Bureau is the collector of the delinquent debt. In March 2027, you will receive correspondence from the Tax Claim Bureau which will inform you how to make payment on your debt. The phone number at the Tax Claim Bureau is 610-891-4282.

PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING FEE

You are responsible for all processing fees associated with the on-line payment. All payments must be paid in full in accordance with the due date. When making an on-line payment you will receive a receipt via email after your payment is processed.

DATES TO KNOW

The Discount payment due date is 8/31/2024. The Flat payment due date is 10/31/2024. The Penalty payment due date is 1/31/2025. Any payment received after 1/31/2025 will be sent to the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau for collection.

INSTALLMENT PLAN

All installments must be made in sequential order. Installment 1 of 3 is due 8/31/2024. If installment 1 of 3 is not paid by 8/31/2024 then you forgo the ability to pay in accordance with the installment plan. Installment 2 of 3 is due 9/30/2024. Installment 3 of 3 is due 10/31/2024.
