Your use of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Utilities Division (the “Utilities Division“) website services is subject to the following Terms of Use.

By accessing the Utilities Division website services and using the content, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the following terms of use and agree to be bound by them. Do not use the Utilities Division website or website services if you do not agree with these terms of use.

As used below, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and the Utilities Division.

The Utilities Division website services are available for information purposes only and, by using the website services, you agree that you will not use the Utilities Division website or website services in any unlawful manner. The posting of content and access to the Utilities Division website or website services do not represent, either explicitly or implicitly, any provision of utility services or utility products by us. If you breach these Terms of Use, the permission granted to you to view and use the Utilities Division website services and any content contained therein immediately terminates. You acknowledge that any payments made through other methods (e.g. telephone, in-person, mail) will not be immediately reflected on your account or amounts owed.

No information provided as part of the Utilities Division website services should be interpreted as an offer, or a solicitation for an offer, or as advice on investment, legal, tax or other matters. Where such advice is required, a professional should be consulted. The trademarks, service marks, logos, images and other graphics and artwork used and displayed, or set out in meta tags or other computer code, on the Utilities Division website services (“Trademarks”) are registered and unregistered trademarks of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. Use or display of any of the Trademarks requires the express prior written permission of the owner of the Trademark.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time.

Jurisdiction, Severability

In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.  Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as a waiver of the sovereign immunity of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe.
