Q: How do I find my Account Number?
A: Your Account Number can be found on your invoice and/or statement. If you have trouble locating your Account Number, contact our accounting department by clicking the “Contact Us” hyperlink on the web page for our contact information.
Q: What do I complete on the Home page?
· Enter your Company name in the ‘Name’ field
· Enter your telephone number in ‘Phone’
· Enter you email address in ‘Email’
· Enter the amount you wish to pay in the ‘Payment Amount’ field
o Please note this site will process payments in US Dollars only
· Click ‘Add a Payment Method’ and follow the prompts to add credit card or bank account information
· Enter your invoice number in the ‘Invoice Number’ field
o Separate multiple invoice numbers by comma or semicolon
o Note this field accepts only 20 characters
· Click ‘Continue to Payment’
· On the next screen, verify all information and click to agree to the terms and conditions
· Click ‘Make Payment’
· A confirmation screen will display, at which point you can log out
