Quarles & Brady LLP is providing this link to the bill presentment and paying service offered by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.. Through this service clients may, at their option, review their confidential client invoices and make their payments for legal services that have been provided to them by Quarles & Brady LLP and its attorneys and other professionals employed by Quarles & Brady LLP. Payment is made by electronic automated clearing house(ACH) transactions authorized by the client direct to a Quarles & Brady deposit account at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.(the "Bank'). The ACH payments themselves are made by participating clients through a service maintained by the Bank and such payments are governed by the terms and conditions provided by the Bank, a copy of which is agreed to by each client as a condition of making payments to Q&B through the service. Quarles and Brady LLP has no ownership or other economic interest in the service, which is provided by and is entirely the responsibility of the Bank.
