Q: How am I billed for this payment service?
A: There is no cost for using this payment site.
Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.
Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you could call Orbridge’s Guest Services department to see if they received the payment. Click the Contact Us hyperlink on the web page for contact information.
Q: How do I cancel this payment service?
A: To cancel your payment, please contact Orbridge’s Guest Services department. Click the Contact Us hyperlink on the web page for contact information.
Q: How do I access the site?
A: Enter your invoice number and re-enter your invoice number and check on the reCAPTCHA “I’m not a robot” to access the site.
Q: What do I do to complete the payment?
On the first screen – Home
1. Enter your first and last name in the “Name” field
2. Enter your telephone number in the “Phone” field
3. Enter your email address in the “Email” field
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay in the “Payment Amount” field
5. To enter your bank account information, in the “Payment Method” field, click on the +Enter button in the top right
On the next screen - Bank Account
a. Choose Account Type: Personal or Business
b. Choose Banking Type: Checking Account or Savings Account
c. Enter the account holder’s name on the bank account in the “Name on Account” field
d. Enter the 9-digit routing number in the “Routing Number” field
e. Enter the account number in the “Account #” field and enter it again in the “Re-enter Account #” field
f. Verify all information and click Enter Account
6. The “Pay Date” field will default to the current banking date. If you want the ACH to process on a future date, you can change the date here.
7. Enter the program name and start date of the program in the “Program Name and Date” field – (optional, but preferred)
8. Enter any additional information to provide in the optional “Enter Additional Information” field – (optional)
9. Click Continue to Payment
On the next screen - Verify Payment
a. Verify the first and last name(s) of the guests in the “Name” field
b. Verify the preferred email address in the “Email” field
c. Verify the preferred phone number in the “Phone” field
d. Click “Make Payment” button to submit your payment and to agree to the terms and conditions
A confirmation screen will display at which point you can Log Out
The confirmation will also be emailed to you.
