Q: How am I billed for this service?
A: There is no cost for using this payment site.

Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you can contact us to confirm if we received and credited the payment.

Q: How do I cancel this payment service?
A: To cancel you need to contact our Accounts Receivable department. Click the 'Contact Us' hyperlink on the web page for contact information.

Q: How do I access the site?
A: Enter your Payroll File (PF) Number and re-enter it a second time in the appropriate field and click 'One-Time Payment'.

Q: How do I make a Payment in E-Bill Express Quick Pay?

·         Access E-Bill Express through a link on the website or enter the URL into a browser

·         Enter your Payroll File (PF) Number and re-enter to confirm

·         Click One-Time Payment'

·         Enter your Name in the 'Name' field

·         Enter your telephone number in 'Phone'

·         Enter your email address in 'Email'

·         Enter the amount you wish to pay in the 'Payment Amount' field

·         Select appropriate choice in the Payment For drop down box

·         Add any message by clicking on the pencil and paper icon (optional)

·         To add a Payment Method, click 'Enter' and follow the prompts to add account information

·         Enter your Service Purchase Agreement Number in the 'Service Purchase Agreement Number' field. If you are making an overpayment, please leave this field blank

·         Click 'Continue to Payment'

·         On the next screen, verify all information and click to agree to the terms and conditions

·         Click 'Make Payment'

·         A confirmation screen will display, at which point you can log out

·         The confirmation will also be emailed
