Q: Can I save my payment information?
A: Yes, immediately after making a payment click "enroll" to create an account. You can then save your payment information, using multiple payment types if needed, and you will also be able to view your online payment history.
Q: I have multiple KB accounts, do I need to enroll an online payment account for each one?
A: No, you can use one KB account to pay multiple invoices from different KB accounts, just be sure to enter the correct invoice number for each payment to ensure they are applied correctly. If needed, you can also save multiple payment types.
Q: How am I billed for this service?
A: There is no cost for using this payment site.
Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.
Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account. In addition, you will receive an email notification when the transaction is submitted and another when it is confirmed (after 8 p.m.)
Q: How do I access the site?
A: Enter your client number and re-enter it a second time in the appropriate field and click Pay Now.
Q: What do I complete on the Home page?
- Enter your name in the 'Name' field. 'First', 'Middle' and 'Last' name are optional
- Enter your telephone number in 'Primary Telephone Number'
- Enter you email address in 'Primary Email Address'
- Enter the amount you wish to pay in the 'Payment Amount' field
- Click 'Add a Payment Method' and follow the prompts to add credit card or bank account information
- Click 'Continue to Payment'
- On the next screen, verify all information and click to agree to the terms and conditions
- Click 'Make Payment'
- A confirmation screen will display at which point you can log out
- The confirmation will also be emailed to you.
Q: Do I need to enter my address?
A: The address is not required on the main page, if it is shown as 'optional'. If you make a credit card payment, the address associated with your credit card is required in the billing address fields.
