Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date when using ACH/debit cards.

Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you can call customer service to see if they received and credited the payment.

Q: How do I cancel this payment service?
A: To cancel you need to contact our customer service representative. Click the Contact Us hyperlink on the web page for contact information.

Q: Where can I locate my customer number?
A: Please review your invoice for a customer/advertiser ID or order number.

Q: What do I complete on the Home page?

          Enter your business name in the Name field.

          Enter your business telephone number in Phone field.

          Enter an alternative phone number in Alternative Telephone Number field.

          Enter an email address in Primary Email Address where we can contact your business with questions.

          Enter your business address details in the address fields.

          Enter the amount you wish to pay in the Payment Amount field.

          Click Payment Method and follow the prompts to add bank account or credit card information.

          Enter the Pay Date you want your payment to draft from your account.

          Enter your Invoice or Customer Number see previous FAQ on where to locate this information.

          Enter any Additional Information that may help us apply your payment to your account.

          Click Continue to Payment

          On the next screen, verify all information and click to agree to the terms and conditions

          Click Make Payment

          A confirmation screen will display at which point you can enroll or log out.

          The confirmation will be emailed to you.

Q: Do I need to enter my address?
A: The address is not required on the main page if it is shown as optional. If you make a credit card payment, the address associated with your credit card is required in the billing address fields.
