E-Bill Express FAQ

Q: How am I billed for this service?
A: There is no cost for using E-Bill Express. Keep in mind your own financial institution may charge you a fee for electronic transactions.

Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you can contact us at billing@csdpool.org to see if we received and credited the payment.

Q: How do I get started?
A: If you are a first time user, or would like to make a payment without registration, please enter your Member Name or Management Company Name and re-enter it a second time in the appropriate field and click ‘Make a payment without registration’. If you have already enrolled previously, simply log in.

Q: What do I make a payment without registration?

A:

·       Enter your Member Name or Management Company Name and re-enter it a second time in the appropriate field and click ‘Make a payment without registration’

·       Enter your name in the 'Your Name' field

·       Enter your telephone number in 'Your Phone'

·       Enter your email address in 'Your Email'

·       Enter the amount you wish to pay in the 'Payment Amount' field

·       To add a Payment Method, click 'Enter' and follow the prompts to add account information

·       Enter your member name in the 'Member Name(s), separate by comma' field

o   If you have more than one member name to add, please separate them by commas

·       Enter the coverage number from the invoice in the 'Coverage Number(s), separate by comma' field

o   If you are making a payment on behalf of more than one member, please enter all the coverage numbers in this field and separate them by commas

·       Enter the amount due on your invoice(s) in the 'Invoice Amount(s), separate by comma' field

o   If you are making a payment on behalf of more than one member, please enter all the invoice amounts in this field and separate them by commas

·       Enter any note you would like to share in the ‘Memo’ field

·       Click 'Continue to Payment'

·       On the Verify Payment Screen, verify all information

·       Click 'Make Payment'

·       A confirmation screen will display, at which point you can log out

·       The confirmation will also be emailed to you

 

 

Q: How do register/enroll in E-Bill Express?

A:

 

·       Once you have made your first payment, click 'Enroll With Your Current Information' if you like to enroll. (If you do not wish to enroll, click 'Log Out'.)

·       Enter information in required fields. Click 'Continue to Login & Password'.

·       Choose login ID, password, select security image and label, select security questions and fill in answers. Click 'Continue to Terms of Service'.

·       Click check box to agree to Terms of Service and click 'Continue to Billing and Payment'

·       Enter any outstanding required Payment Method information, click checkbox for authorization

·       Click 'Finish Enrollment'

·       Go to your email account and open the email just sent to you. Click on the 'Activate' button or hyperlink. NOTE: Your access is not activated until you click on the 'Activate' button and you will not be able to make payments
