Q: How am I billed for this service?
A: There is no cost for using this payment site.

Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you can call the customer care department to see if they received and credited the payment.

Q: How do I cancel this payment service?
A: To cancel you need to contact our customer care department. Click the “Contact Us” hyperlink on the web page for contact information.

Q: How do I access the site?
A: Enter your Loan Number and re-enter it a second time in the appropriate field and click Pay Now

Q: What do I complete on the Home page?

·         Enter the name of the loan-holder in the ‘Loan Name’ field

·         Enter your telephone number in ‘Phone’

·         Enter you email address in ‘Email’

·         Enter the amount you wish to pay in the ‘Payment Amount’ field

·         Select appropriate choice in the Payment Type drop down box

o    If there is not a choice that applies, or if you need to select multiple options, select the “5-Other” option and add your comments to the Additional Payment Information box

§  Click on the pen and paper icon to open the Additional Payment Information box and indicate how your payment should be applied

·         Click ‘Add a Payment Method’ and follow the prompts to bank account information

·         Click ‘Continue to Payment’

·         On the next screen, verify all information and click to agree to the terms and conditions

·         Click ‘Make Payment’

·         A confirmation screen will display, at which point you can log out

·         The confirmation will also be emailed to you
