Q: Are there fees for this service?
A: Bolton & Menk, Inc. will impose a surcharge on credit card transactions that is not greater than the cost of acceptance and subject to legal limitations. Payment made on this site via ACH or Debit Card will not have a surcharge imposed.

Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: Payments confirmed before 7:00 PM CT will be posted on the same business day. Payments confirmed after 7:00 PM CT will be posted on the following business day. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: You can check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you can call the customer care department to see if they received and credited the payment.

Q: How do I cancel this payment service?
A: To cancel you need to contact our customer care department. Click the Contact Us hyperlink on the web page for contact information.

Q: How do I access the site?
A: Enter your Project No. or Client Account re-enter it a second time in the appropriate field and click Pay Now.

Q: Should I use a Project Number or my Client Account?
A: If making a single payment, we recommend using your project number. If you would like to save your payment credentials for future use and view your payment history, we recommend using your client account. Your Project No. and Client Account are displayed on your Bolton & Menk invoice. You will be provided an opportunity to setup your payment credentials on the confirmation screen after you make a payment, click on Enroll With Your Current Information

Q: What do I complete on the Home page?

Enter your name in the Name field

Enter your telephone number in Phone

Enter you email address in Email

Enter the amount you wish to pay in the Payment Amount field

Please note the site does not accept payments more than $25,000.00

Click Add a Payment Method and follow the prompts to add credit card or bank account information

Enter your Project or Invoice Number in the Project or Invoice Number field

If you entered your Client Account on the Welcome page, please use your Project Number in this field

If you entered a Project Number on the Welcome page, please use the Invoice Number in this field

Click Continue to Payment

On the next screen, verify all information and click to agree to the terms and conditions

Click Make Payment

A confirmation screen will display, at which point you can log out

The confirmation will also be emailed to you

 

Q: How do I save my payment information and Enroll in E-Bill Express?

Access E-Bill Express and make a payment following the steps listed above

On the Confirmation screen after you make a payment, click Enroll With Your Current Information

Confirm your Name, Email Address and Phone and click Continue to Login & Password

Choose Login ID, Password, select security image, select security questions and fill in answers. Click Continue to Terms of Service

Review the Terms of Service by clicking the link. The check Terms of Service box and click Continue to Payment Accounts

Give your account a nickname, and confirm your payment details

If you used a credit card you will need to re-enter your billing address

When all required fields are completed, check the Agree and Add Account box

Click Finish Enrollment

Go to your email account and open the email just sent to you

Click on the Activate button or hyperlink

NOTE: Your access is not activated until you click on the Activate button and you will not be able to make payments

Click the LOGIN tab just below the logo, and access the site using your newly created Login ID and Password
